   1. $1 Donation per item requested for checking out entertainment videos
   2. Fee of $1 will be charged for any video that in not rewound before it is returned
   3. Regular Videos, Instructional and Educational will be charged $1 per day that library is open up to a maximum of the videos retail value
   4. High Demand Videos will be charged $3 per day that the library is open up to a maximum of the videos retail value
