Knitting and Crochet Club to Put on Exhibit in the Gallery at the ECPL

The Crochet Club, which meets regularly at the Main Library will display their distinctly handmade items in the John C. Templeton Gallery located in the Main Library, 2401 E. Columbus Drive. Stop in and view the yarn crafts that will be exhibited in different designs and patterns. Be inspired to even join the crochet group that offers yarn therapy every Thursday at the Main Library from 11a.m. until 1:30p.m. and every Tuesday from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the Pastrick Branch, 1008 W. Chicago Avenue. Research and science has gathered that knitting and crocheting has also been linked to many health benefits that can soothe your body and mend your mind. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced knitter, come out and discover the joy of crochet and knitting. Enjoy their creations during regular library hours from August 12 – September 6.
