Library Document Station

Our Library Document Stations allow patrons to scan any document to email, smartphone, tablet, fax number, Google Drive, MS OneDrive, print to our printer, or a USB drive. A wizard style touch screen interface guides the patron through the process.

Patron Faxing

Patron faxing is self serve at the Library Document Stations and costs one dollar per page. The Library Document Stations can only send faxes. they cannot receive them.

The library has temporarily waived fees for patrons faxing Indiana and Illinois unemployment and FSSA during the COVID19 pandemic. Patrons needing to fax Indiana and Illinois unemployment and FSSA, please see a circulation desk employee to have them bypass the faxing fee.

The coin and bill acceptor will only accept $1 and $5 dollar bills, and coins (no pennies). The maximum amount of money it will accept is $25. For faxes larger than 25 pages, the fax will need to be sent in multiple batches.
